Alert late yesterday afternoon for a climber fell for about ten meters in the climbing wall of the Santa Felicita Valley. The man, a 46-year-old, was climbing in self-safety when he lost a hold and flew to the ground ending up in the dry bed of the stream below. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon.
Some people in the vicinity called for help, including a rescuer and his son, who heard him complain and immediately ran. The personnel of the Suem di Pieve del Grappa arrived on site with seven rescuers, also the emergency helicopter of Treviso who lowered the medical and technical personnel with the winch. Having given the first treatment for a possible polytrauma, the climber was embarrassed, always recovered with the winch and transported to the Treviso hospital.
