Clermont-Ferrand TA rejects caregivers’ requests

Without surprise.
About twenty health professionals asked the administrative court to suspend their suspension. Puy-de-Dôme caregivers excluded from public hospitals because they refuse to be vaccinated.
Their request has was judged in summary, and rejected this Thursday. These caregivers therefore remain suspended without any financial compensation.
