- Completed vocational training as a bank clerk / insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d)
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of how to use text modules is an advantage
Area of responsibility
- Processing incoming inquiries regarding credit and grant products
- Random checks of incoming applications for double funding
- Telephone advice during service hours
