At ERGO Versicherung AG in Vienna we are now looking for a committed
Clerk (m/f/d) Health insurance benefits (full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week)
Your tasks:
- Benefit processing in the area of hospital cost and dental insurance
- Damage facility
- Examination of benefit claims, if necessary with the support of medical examiners
- Documentation of performance testing
- Written and telephone processing of general coverage inquiries and queries regarding benefit cases
- Preparation and clarification of complaints
- Final settlements and payouts
Your profile:
- Insurance studies, business training or training in a health profession
- Several years of professional experience in insurance benefits processing and/or experience with patient billing in doctor’s offices / hospitals
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written expression
- High willingness to learn and customer orientation
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Enjoyment of working together and exchanging ideas in a team
