The Krefeld city administration is looking for you as a clerk (m/f/d) for education and participation, networking and public relations for the social assistance and maintenance advance department in the social affairs, senior citizens and housing department.

Your profile

  • Career qualification for the recognized careers according to the training regulations career group 2, first entry level general administrative service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (VAP2.1) or
  • Successful completion of the Administrative Specialist or Administrative Course II or
  • Successfully completed law degree (at least 1st state examination)
  • Furthermore desirable

    • Willingness to work in a team
    • Assertiveness and decision-making ability
    • Commitment, resilience and flexibility
    • Competencies in the areas of presentation techniques
    • Ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas
    • confident and reliable demeanor
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to perform tasks independently and innovatively
    • Basic knowledge of Social Security Code II and XII

Your tasks

  • Decision on the granting of education and participation benefits with all benefit components, payment and issuing of notifications including all approvals in the IT process
  • Concept development and implementation of digitalization in the field of education and participation
  • Cooperation with school social workers and making procedural agreements with service providers
  • Advertising and public relations, external presentation of the education and participation package
  • Support of the department head
