City councilor Raymond Johansen (Labor Party) in Oslo will present new measures against the infection at a press conference today at 3 p.m.
It is eleven days since Raymond Johansen presented one sosial lockdown in the capital. Only a few days after the measures have been implemented, he will come up with new ones.

The Oslo City Council took action such as closing all gyms, cinemas, theaters, playgrounds and the like. In addition, a full liquor ban, a ban on indoor events (excluding funerals and burials) and a ban on grassroots sports for adults were introduced.
Johansen then believed that there were two explanations for why the infection has increased. One explanation is increasing infection in people in their 20s and partly also in people under the age of 20 due to failing respect for the infection control rules in these groups. The second explanation is import infection.
