Clear Channel France sets up a new organization with unified marketing and sales departments

Clear Channel is reorganizing its operational, sales and marketing functions. A new unified Marketing Department has been put in place to deliver a renewed global value proposition (OOH and DOOH) to the two types of Clear Channel customers, the licensing companies and communities upstream and the advertisers and merchants downstream.

Jérôme Dumond is appointed Director of Strategy and Marketing. He was previously Director of Digital, Strategy and Product Technologies. Caroline Mériaux and Amaury Bourayne report to Jérôme Dumond.

They are respectively appointed Director of Marketing and Communication and Director of Marketing Performance and Wealth Strategy.

Clear Channel is also setting up a unified sales department integrating both OOH and DOOH.

Sylvie Dugard becomes Sales Director France, after having been Digital Sales Director for Clear Channel France.

The Operations Department sees its missions reinforced to help the group in its digital and ecological transition, by translating it concretely into operational terms.

Bao Pasquier-Desvignes, former Director of Transformation of Sysco France, was appointed Director of Operations last October.

These new appointments are made in the continuity of the appointment of Boutaïna Araki to the Presidency of Clear Channel France in February 2020 and give rise to a new Senior Leadership Team. (see Governance) –

The management committee, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), includes Bao Pasquier-Desvignes, Sylvie Dugard and Jérôme Dumond. Patrick Rémot, newly appointed Legal and Compliance Director, also joins the SLT.

Emmanuel Pottier, who joined Comex in 2008 and until now Deputy Managing Director in charge of Strategy and Digital Transformation, is leaving Clear Channel France.

Boutaïna Araki, President of Clear Channel France, explains: “With this new organization that is more agile, collaborative and customer-centric, we are strengthening Clear Channel’s commitment to environmental and digital transitions, the two major challenges of our industry and, more broadly, of our societies. We are changing our organization to accentuate our agility in understanding customer needs and accelerating our ability to serve them. Around the client, whether it is a brand or a licensor, a whole collaborative system is set up at Clear Channel, which we have deployed successfully during the COVID-19 crisis. “
