The investment fund co-directed by Charles-Henri Rossignol and Thibaud Caulier is accompanied for the occasion by Didier Quillot, senior advisor at Equinox, former managing director of the Professional Football League (LFP) and Reboot Media, former CEO of Orange France and Lagardère Active. The latter, once the operation is finalized, would be entrusted with the non-executive presidency of the display in France. According to a press release, “the parties plan to finalize the operation in the 4th quarter of 2023, subject to the information and consultation process with the representative bodies of Clear Channel France’s staff, the signing of an acquisition contract and fulfillment of the usual conditions precedent”.
