Clay Aiken Parker’s son speaks out about the famous family feud

ABC shared an introduction clip for Aiken’s episode Famous family feud which was shown on August 6th.

The clip was uncredited and therefore could not be embedded, but it did show Clay explaining the dynamic between the two parties in the scene at the beginning of the video:

“We have a very close-knit family here when we’re on stage, not only do we have two American Idol winners, but we also have Fosters on both sides of the aisle.”

Clay’s reference to the “Fosters” refers partly to their “transitional side” and partly to the other, which at the same time Position Student Kathryn McPhee Foster and her husband David Foster stood up.

Steve asked Clay to “introduce everyone”; Clay first introduced his mother, Faye, before introducing his son, his brother, and explaining some of the dynamics between the two parties.

Clay’s joke about winning was clever, and after the Aiken family actually won, they moved on to the Fast Money round.
