Two members of the German group “Last Generation” threw mashed potatoes on the fine work of art entitled “Les Meules” in the Barberini Museum in Potsdam, writes “Now”.
The footage shared on social media shows two people wearing orange jackets approaching the painting. Then they throw two bowls of mashed potatoes at her before sticking their hands to the ground.

The action comes nine days after Just Stop Oil activists poured tomato soup over Vincent van Gogh’s priceless Sunflowers painting at the National Gallery in London. The canvas was not damaged because it was covered with glass.
