HASSELT – People react with indignation after a neighbor called the police to warn them about a gathering in front of the house of 8-year-old Vinz Postelmans in Hasselt, Belgium in Limburg. There, fifteen of the boy’s classmates had gathered to welcome Vinz after his very last course of chemotherapy.
