The “Night Rally in the City”, which has become a tradition among the summer events of the Cyprus Turkish Classic Car Association (KTKOD), was held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, as the second rally of the season. The fifth event and the second rally of the KTKOD Near East Bank 2023 Classic Car Rally Championship, the rally started on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from The Native Gastro Pub on the Nicosia Bandabulya road. The classicists, who started the first Constant Speed Test (SHT) in Çağlayan and finished in Central Nicosia, completed the second SHT starting from the Hamitköy ring road, on Near East University Boulevard, and returned to The Native Gastro Pub. After 2 SHTs and a total of 29 kilometers, the award ceremony was held at The Native Gastro Pub.
The “Night Rally in the City” organized under the championship sponsorship of Near East Bank, the race sponsorship of The Native Gastro Pub and the communication sponsorship of Telsim; Ertan-Ayşe Namlı couple won the first place in the general classification, while CYP Duş was implemented with the contributions of Güven Insurance, Capital Radio and Amesis Digital Agency. The second Ali-Pembe Butterfly couple became the third Hüseyin Bıçak-Sibel Ersel couple.

In the special cups of the day; Ali Güran Tahsin-Coşkun Gürel duo won the 13th Incoming Cup, Buğra Karahasan-Melek İnanlı duo got the Best Time Cup, Hasan-Tezin Canpolat duo won the Mini Cup, Ertan-Ayşe Namlı duo got the Mercedes Cup, and Cavit-Deniz Öztürk duo won the Volkswagen Cup. KTKOD President Gökhan Necipoğlu and members of the Board of Directors and The Native Gastro Pub managers Ömer Özyürekliler, Talat Zekioğluları and Kezban Dolguner presented their trophies to the winners.
