Off to Vienna! On the evening of June 21st one met singing and sound in the refectory. We, the Q1a, together with our class teacher Mr. Hegge, had organized a class concert for all music enthusiasts, to which we students made joint and solo contributions.
As a program we had put together a diverse and nice combination of classical pieces, romantic songs and pop songs. At the beginning and end of the concert, the class performed as a choir, in between the music profile presented tried and tested songs and pieces. In addition, small ensembles had formed, and some also performed as soloists.
We put a lot of work together into the preparation and had a lot of fun presenting it and hopefully inspiring the audience… 😉
We also wanted to use this project to collect donations for our study trip in September this year. We will go to Vienna and use the generous donations for one or the other nice event!
A big thank you goes to Mr. Hegge for the implementation of this concert and everyone who was there, and we hope that we were able to offer a nice end to a summer evening!
