Police have named a suspect in connection mass organizations clash in Mampang Prapatan, precisely in a field on the Jalan Rasuna Said canal, South Jakarta. A total of 44 people were named suspects by the two groups.
“Regarding the clashes between two mass groups, we have named 44 suspects from both sides,” said the director of general investigation of crime of the Jaya Metropolitan Police, Kombes Hengki Haryadi on Tuesday (18/10/2022).
Hengki said the 44 suspects were executed detention this evening.

“Everyone arrested,” Hengki said.
The suspects were designated as suspects or beatings and vandalism. They were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code and / or Article 351 of the Criminal Code and / or Article 358 of the Criminal Code.
“The maximum threat is 5.6 months,” Hengki added.
Hengki confirms the case clashes between organizations this cannot happen again. He also reminded that acts of delinquency should not be present in DKI Jakarta.
“The thug is not supposed to happen in Jakarta,” he said.
Hengki added that this firm action is a warning to thug perpetrators, as well as an effort to provide a deterrent effect.
“In fact, this is a warning that all forms of delinquent will be taken firmly,” he said.
This confrontation happened on Monday (10/17) night around 7pm WIB. Three people were injured and a bar on the site was damaged by the clashes.
Hengki said the clash between mass organizations was triggered by land disputes.
“Where did the conflict or land tenure of these two groups start,” he said.
