New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah clashed over the representation of OBCs at the bureaucratic level at the Center during the discussion on the Women’s Reservation Bill. Rahul’s remark was that out of 90 secretaries at the Centre, there are only three from the OBC category. Rahul said in the House that he understood this matter with shock.
