Clash between Indian and Chinese troops along the Line of Control in the Tawang region of Arunachal Pradesh. The soldiers clashed on the 9th of this month. Official sources also said that some soldiers from both sides were injured. Defense ministry sources said it was the Chinese military that created the provocation, coming face to face with Indian soldiers patrolling the line of control, and that the Indian soldiers gave a worthy response. After the skirmish, both armies withdrew from the line of control. A commanders’ flag meeting was also held to de-escalate tensions.
