Clarifications from the “Real Estate Fund” regarding direct credit and the need for continuity of support

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Real Estate Development Fund made it clear today (Saturday) that the demand for direct loan payments continues.

He stressed that this is in accordance with the decision issued on 18 Rabi ‘al-Awwal 1443 AH corresponding to 24 October last.

The Fund said the purpose of the request to provide a building completion certificate is to ensure the quality of the buildings, noting that continuity of support requires the beneficiary to provide a building completion certificate.

Stresses the need to provide a building completion certificate for the self-built product, within the deadline (3 years), starting from the first batch. This complies with the housing support program requirements from the completion of construction
