SYDNEY: Claire Polosak has become the first woman to officiate men’s Test cricket at the international level. Claire became the fourth umpire in the third Test between India and Australia.
In 2019, Claire became the first umpire to officiate a Namibia-Oman ODI.
In 2017, Claire was in the news for managing a domestic match in Australia. The match between New South Wales and Cricket Australia XI was officiated by Claire. She also became the first woman to officiate Australian domestic cricket.
Claire, 32, is a native of New South Wales, Australia.
