Your mission with us
As a claims representative (m/f/d), you are the link between our partners and our insurance solutions. They ensure that claims are settled fairly, transparently and with the highest level of professionalism.
Your job – to make complex topics understandable, provide security and create trust
- self-responsible Processing and settlement of claims in the area of D&O and cyber insurance
- Examination of damage reports – You recognize what counts and know when to follow up
- committed Advice and clear communication with clients, lawyers and other stakeholders
- Creation more detailed Damage reports and complete documentation
- Coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners –Teamwork meets personal responsibility
- Analysis of damage cases with an eye for the big picture –

Your profile
- a completed degree (e.g. law, economics) or in-depth training in the insurance industry
- several years of experience in the Claims settlementideally in the areas of liability, D&O and/or cyber insurance
- insurance law expertise, coupled with a pragmatic approach to complex cases
- analytical skills and a talent for solution-oriented work
- Fluent German and English skills and clear and precise communication, even on challenging topics
