Government Russia followed with concern over the situation on the Korean peninsula and missile launches North Korea. This was announced on Friday (11/18) by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

“It appears that they (the United States and its allies) are testing Pyongyang’s patience. We are following developments with concern,” he said.
Menurut Ryabkov, United States of America it may be comfortable with an escalation scenario around the Korean peninsula, but Moscow is not.
He said that while Moscow prefers a diplomatic approach towards the Korean peninsula, “the United States and its allies in the region have recently been shown to prefer a different path,” the Russian official said.
Moments earlier, Pyongyang launched again ballistic missile intercontinental on Friday (11/18). According to Japanese Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada, the missile can travel more than 15,000 kilometers (9,320 miles) and reach US territory if launched on a different trajectory.
Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launched by North Korea would have fallen into the waters of Japan’s exclusive economic zone near the island of Hokkaido.
Hamada told local reporters that the “ICBM-class missile” was launched with a “high trajectory,” meaning the missile was fired straight up to avoid flying too far away from its neighbors.
