Facing the Egyptian artist Ahmed Al-Fishawy, A lawsuit to be filed against him, to prove the lineage of a child named “Titus” from a German woman who claims to be the son of a young artist.
The Egyptian lawyer, Shaaban Saeed, revealed the details of the case he is preparing to take against Al-Fishawi, on behalf of the German woman who asked him to take over the case, after he had previously defended the young artist’s freedom, Hind Al-Hinnawi, and her daughter “Lina.”
Shaaban said in television statements: “A German woman named Dennis Wolman contacted me as a lawyer, Lina al-Fishawi, and she asked me to file a lawsuit for her in Egypt against Ahmed Al-Fishawi, to prove her child’s lineage to him.”
He added: “The 7-year-old has been in touch with his sister Lina for a while, after his German mother had been searching for her, to get to know her brother.”
He continued: “Currently, I am waiting for the papers of the child Titus, she will be sent to me by the German lady to start the procedures of the lawsuit.”
It is mentioned that Lina Al-Fishawi was proven to have been attributed to the Egyptian artist, after a conflict in the judiciary between the latter and his ex-wife, Hind Al-Hinnawi.
The Egyptian Misdemeanor Court had previously ruled that Ahmed al-Fishawi be punished with imprisonment for a year, for a misdemeanor in his failure to implement the provisions of the expenses and wages of his daughter Lina Al-Fishawi.
