Hello, I would like to claim my mortgage expenses and I have several questions:
1. The OPENING COMMISSION can I claim? The total appraisal and the mortgage management, registration and notary expenses (not of sale) can I claim only half? (I have no AAJJDD expenses on the mortgage).
2. Do I need a solicitor and lawyer, or if it is a small amount, is it not necessary? (up to what amount would not be necessary)
3. Can I do it yourself or do you need to pay a law firm to do it? some advice to make it as cheap as possible …
