He explained that for the approval of this budget project, “it was considered that there are various suspensions derived from the amparo lawsuits promoted against the constitutional reform that, among other actions, order the Council to refrain from making budget adjustments that negatively impact the remunerations of public servants, establishing that they must be maintained in accordance with current amounts.”
