In this accident, four people who were traveling in the vehicle with the driver died, who was admitted to the ICU, and a sixth person who got out on his own foot and who was treated hours later at a health center and was discharged the few hours.

After the accident, the Investigating Court number 2 of Viveiro, on duty, opened proceedings and authorized the referral of blood samples to a laboratory, which yielded a positive result for alcohol in the driver.
