The Ministry of Civil Aviation announced that, as a result of the notification received by the relevant authorities from Iran regarding warnings sent to civil aviation companies crossing Iranian airspace, military exercises will be held throughout the days of August 7 and 8, during the period from 11:30 to 14:00:30 on August 7, 2024, and the period from 04:30 to 07:30, on August 8, 2024, Tehran time .
The Ministry of Civil Aviation confirmed that, in order to ensure the safety of passengers on Egyptian aircraft, and in applying international standards in this regard, the Civil Aviation Authority of Egypt has notified companies -all Egyptian airspace not to cross Iranian airspace during the stated periods. To avoid any risks affecting flight safety.
