City Street Horse Charity Run Returns in 2021 – New Routes and Innovative Features

The “City Street Horse” Charity Run, which was suspended for two years due to the epidemic, will resume this year. The race will be held on December 17. 1,500 places are reserved for overseas runners, and registration will begin on the 20th of this month.

The whole Malaysia route starts from the Eastern District Corridor near the East Coast Park, passes through the Central-Wan Chai Bypass, turns back at Lung Wo Road, passes through the Eastern Tunnel, and then takes the Kwun Tong Bypass, ending at To Kwa Wan San Shan Road. As for the 10km race, the new routes of the Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Bridge and the Tseung Lam Tunnel will be adopted for the first time.

This year’s event is supported by the HKTB to promote Hong Kong’s high-quality tourism image and attract more overseas runners to Hong Kong. Liang Baixing, CEO and co-founder of “All Street Horses”, said that after 10 years of persistence and the challenges of the epidemic, this year’s Street Horses has made many innovative attempts, and it is the first time to hold a 10-kilometer race specially designed to encourage school students to participate in long-distance running activities .
