Officials recommend people prepare ahead if they plan to go out and drink alcohol.
This action comes after several legislators in Albany lobbied to tighten drunk driving laws.
These include reducing the acceptable blood alcohol content for driving in New York State from zero point eight percent to zero point five percent.
