It starts on Wed, June 1st at 5.30 p.m
The workshop is aimed at beginners who would like to train on calisthenics equipment. During these workouts, the most important basic exercises are treated on a total of five dates in order to be able to independently carry out health-oriented full-body strength training on the facilities. Movement professional Martin Dechet will explain and show you how to correctly perform pull-ups and rowing, push-ups, squats, various trunk exercises and many other exercises. The aim is to learn the exercises over the course of the series of appointments and to consolidate them under professional guidance. Absolutely no prior knowledge is required. All exercises are broken down into such simple preliminary exercises that anyone can take part in the workshops.

The meeting point is at 5.30 p.m. at the calisthenics facility in the Volksgarten.
