The info service for Corona news therefore works with an automatic chat function. Specifically, this means: The service has ready-made answers and links to important questions about Corona. Information on various topics such as health or child emergency care can be requested via the chat. The automatic info service also provides information and news relating specifically to the city of Reutlingen, such as shopping assistance for risk groups. If you enter »Start« or »M« in the chat of the info service, a menu appears with the available subject fields.
Both messengers also offer a newsletter function. This means that messages, such as the daily number of infected people in the city and district of Reutlingen, are sent to the users of the services via “push notifications”. The current numbers of people who tested positive in the city and district of Reutlingen are published in the newsletter from Monday to Friday.
