City of Miami Beach Implements Stricter Rules for Spring Breakers
In a bold move to tackle the chaos and disorderly behavior that has plagued the city in recent years, the city of Miami Beach has announced a series of stricter rules for spring breakers. To enforce these stricter rules, Miami Beach plans to implement a range of measures. Curfews will be enforced, bag checks will be conducted, beach access will be restricted, and DUI checkpoints will be set up. Additionally, parking fees will be significantly increased, making it less appealing for visitors to bring their vehicles. The city also intends to bolster its law enforcement presence to ensure compliance.
These measures will be in effect every Thursday through Sunday in March. However, on the weekends of March 7 and March 14, even more stringent measures will be implemented. This includes the closure of parking garages and exorbitant parking rates of $100.
