Public announcement of the city of Kaufbeuren:
According to information from the Robert Koch Institute, the independent city of Kaufbeuren exceeded the incidence value of 200 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days on December 6, 2020.
Therefore apply from December 7th, 2020 the following additional restrictions for the city of Kaufbeuren (Section 25 of the 9th BayIfSMV):

Notwithstanding Section 12 (4) of the 9th BayIfSMV are Markets for selling goods with the exception of the sale of groceries at weekly markets that take place regularly prohibited.
- At all schools According to § 18 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 of the 9th BayIfSMV, with the exception of schools for special needs education and the final classes, appropriate measures such as, in particular, alternating instruction are available from grade eight ensurethat a minimum distance of 1.5 m between all students and teachers in class can be consistently adhered to. If the incidence value is exceeded on the weekend, the next school day is deemed to be the day on which the incidence value is exceeded and the necessary measures are initiated.

Notwithstanding Section 20 Paragraphs 3 and 4 of the 9th BayIfSMV, the Classes at music schools and classroom driving lessons prohibited.

Notwithstanding Section 24 Paragraph 3, the Consumption of alcohol on central meeting areas to be determined by the responsible district administration authority in city centers or other public places in the open air, where people are either confined or not only temporarily, prohibited all day.
The above regulations apply at least until the incidence value has fallen below 200 for at least seven days in a row. The city of Kaufbeuren orders the repeal of the regulations in a separate announcement.
