They can also visit the Lenoir company, located in the district.
The objective is to mobilize businesses in the area and get as close as possible to the inhabitants in their neighborhood. It is also a matter of offering them enhanced support so that they feel more confident, an asset that makes all the difference when recruiting.
The City wishes to perpetuate this recruitment system and develop it in other districts, by mobilizing other sectors according to the needs of companies.

Villeurbanne, “City of employment”
Villeurbanne has just been labeled “City of employment” by the State. The City and its partners benefit from 200 K € over two years to set up new mechanisms and actions to strengthen access to employment and vocational training in neighborhoods in City Policy. This could be achieved in particular through the mobilization and coordination of economic players in the territory, through targeted recruitment actions, etc. The action plan drawn up with partners and residents of the neighborhoods will be presented in March 2022.
