Beekeepers and beekeepers can now up to and including Friday, April 16, order drugs to combat the varroa mite from the Veterinary and Food Inspection Office. The prerequisites for this are that the bee colonies are located in the urban area and the bee population has been reported to the animal disease fund.
Formic acid, oxalic acid dihydrate or Apiguard are provided free of charge for Varroa treatment. The order of the medication relates directly to the individual locations. Several locations of a beekeeper must therefore be specified in detail when ordering with the current number of colonies.
Orders can be placed by phone: 0351/4080511 or by email [email protected].
