Libreville, Thursday February 29, 2024 – The Head of State, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, is personally committed to breathing new life into this infrastructure which has fallen into ruin.
Once the reference center for major events, the legendary City of Democracy is today only a shadow of itself. Abandoned, the infrastructure today presents a more than deplorable face. Faced with this desolation, the Head of State made a firm commitment to restore this building which, once, was the pride of the whole of Gabon. Well-informed sources say that Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema is committed to giving him a more gleaming face than ever with modern equipment.
