In Amberg, preparations for Advent are already underway: the city’s Christmas tree selection committee is looking for magnificent Christmas trees to decorate the market square and Malteserplatz during the Christmas season.
We are looking for conifers that have a continuous trunk with a pronounced tip and dense branches. Firs, Colorado firs, Douglas firs or blue spruces are preferred. Beautifully shaped spruces can also be considered.
A tree with a height of 16 to 18 meters is sought for the market square, while a height of around 14 meters would be optimal for Malteserplatz. Trees from the Amberg city area and from the surrounding communities within a radius of up to 15 kilometers can be reported.

A clear photograph of the tree makes it easier to assess its suitability.
