City council defends controversial actions by city police on women’s strike day
Videos on social media have cast a bad light on the work of the Zurich city police. They would now like to examine individual aspects in more detail.

The Zurich city police have not exactly covered themselves with much glory in the last few months. In several operations, Switzerland’s third-largest police force was noticed for its excessively harsh intervention – at least when the only source of information was videos on social media.
