Some councilors are active on social media. On board members’ personal pages you can see who is active on which media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. You can find the personal pages of board members at the page Board composition.

City Council Facebook account

Amstelveen city council has its own Facebook page: www.facebook.com/GemeenteraadAmstelveen.

You can view this page even if you don’t have a Facebook account. Do you have a Facebook account? Then click the “Like” button on the Facebook page. All new messages from the board will then appear on your timeline. Of course, you can also reply to messages from the board and ask questions.
