NOVE (Vi) – At 3:30 pm today – 11 November – the firefighters intervened along the provincial road Sp 52 in Via Santa Romana a Nove due to a very serious road accident. A front between a camper and a car: one person died and two are injured.
The firefighters arrived from Bassano del Grappa secured the vehicles and extracted the driver from the camper. Unfortunately, despite the rescue, the Suem doctor had to declare the death of the man, a 71 year old from Romano d’Ezzelino. Wounded his wife, the same age of the victim, taken into care by the doctors and transferred to hospital, as the 65-year-old driver of the Citroen C3.
The traffic police diverted traffic and carried out the measurements of the accident to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident. The rescue operations of the firefighters ended after about two hours.
