WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, CILEUNGSI – Citra Swarna Riverside in Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, held a mass commercial housing loan contract at Bank BTN Cibubur, Wednesday (31/5/2023).
Sales & Marketing Director of Citra Swarna Group Suryanti said that this mass contract was made for consumers who had booked units.
“This mass credit agreement totals around 30 housing units,” said Suryanti, Friday (2/6/2023).
According to him, this mass contract is an extraordinary achievement because the stock at Citra Swarna Riverside is running low.
“Currently, the Citra Swarna Riverside project has entered its final phase. The stock of houses to be sold is almost finished, only Block A and Block D remain,” said Suryanti.
Before arriving at the contract process, consumers are assisted by sales for the filing process.
“Our sales help with the filing process, checking until finally the bank calls for the contract process. We will help process the transaction to completion and handover,” said Suryanti.
Suryanti thanked Bank BTN for their assistance to Citra Swarna Riverside so that today’s mass contract went smoothly.
