It looks like the sequel to the excellent city builder from the Finnish team Colossal Order has already become a bestseller on Steam.
Cities: Skylines 2 will be released tomorrow, but the game’s pre-order sales are already so high that the game brings more revenue to Valve’s digital distribution system than, for example, Diablo 4, Baldur’s Gate 3 and EA Sports FC 24. The strategy took second place in ranking of games with the highest income on Steam.
Battlefield 2042 continues to hold strong in the rankings. The shooter entered the top ten after a recently organized free weekend. The effect of the big 84% discount on the game is still being felt.
It is also worth noting that Euro Truck Simulator 2 made it into the top ten of the list.
