Each January, residents of the cities and towns of Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Guadalupe, Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale gather at Tempe Town Lake to celebrate diversity and culture during the annual Regional Unity Walk. While it is still not safe to meet in large groups, the need for unity is greater than ever.
In honor of the 18th year of the Regional Unity event, these Valley cities come together to host the event “Unity ArtWalk: A Visual Journey of Diversity, Culture, and Equity” January 5-31, 2021. Each city has compiled a list of exclusive pieces of art, including murals, photos, representations and sculptures for the community to enjoy.
There is a link available to view a Map of the selected Unity ArtWalk destinations. The map presents information about each piece of art, including the artists.
