The Bus Infos Citéline is making a comeback for a third edition. The objective: to support users in their procedures related to school transport registrations for a serene return to school.
The Keolis Thionville-Fensch sales department, in partnership with Smitu, is setting up an event in several towns. With a view to offering ever more services to users and allowing them to approach the new year with serenity, Citéline comes to meet travelers to inform them about the news of their bus network, give them all the information concerning the lines and timetables and advise them on the transport tickets best suited to their profile. On the program: distribution of timetables, presentation of the Citéline network and fare range, and search for routes.
In the municipalities
– Thionville Foch: August 16 to 31, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding weekends).
– Fameck market: Saturday August 19 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
– Uckange market: Wednesday 6 September from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
– Boulange: Wednesday September 6 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., place du 8-Mai.
– Terville market: Friday September 8, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
– Hettange-Grande market: Wednesday 13 September from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
– Nilvange: Wednesday September 13, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., 5, rue Victor-Hugo (in front of the town hall).
The Thionville shop
In addition and to allow parents to renew their children’s school subscription, the hours of the Thionville shop and the customer call center (03 82 59 31 05) are changing. From August 28 to September 16: Thionville shop (6, rue du Four Banal): open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Closed on Mondays. No change in opening hours for Florange (1, rue de Longwy, open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.).
From August 21, the call center will be reachable Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (non-stop) and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Meet online
As in previous years, an online appointment service is also available to users, the Clic Rendez-vous.
For the start of the 2023-2024 school year, a version 2.0 is proposed: it involves remote appointments (by video) with a Citéline adviser. The latter support users on the following subjects: information on enrollment in school transport; purchase on the e-shop; route calculations.
