Famous for her career as a soul and gospel singer, Cissy Houston had the chance to perform with famous artists like Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix and Aretha Franklin.
A passion for music that she bequeathed to her daughter, Whitney Houston, with whom she collaborated regularly. But on February 11, 2012, the ex-wife of Freddie Garland had to face the death of her child, performer of the famous song I Will Always Love You and three years later, that of his granddaughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who never recovered from the death of her mother.
