The truck that overturned this morning on the A-6 was carrying 170 pigs, whose damages will be assessed by veterinarians, they will be transferred in a while to a safe place in another truck, A spokesperson for the Community of Madrid Emergencies has informed Europa Press 112. The accident occurred around 9 am this Monday at kilometer 24 of the highway, towards Madrid, at the height of the town of Las Rozas. For reasons that are now being investigated by the Civil Traffic Guard, the truck driver has lost control, has collided with a guardrail and has been crossed and overturned on the road.
Six vehicles coming from behind have collided, injuring several occupants. The most serious is a 46-year-old man, who suffers a head injury and has been transferred by an ambulance from Summa to the Puerta de Hierro hospital in Majadahonda. The Red Cross, Civil Protection and Summa health workers have treated another four slightly injured by polyconstusions.
Firefighters from the Community of Madrid have also come to the place to control the situation, since two little pigs have been fired and two have been left walking and without apparent injuries on the road.

One of the central lanes, the right lane and the hard shoulder have been closed and the cars have been circulating through a main lane and two on the service road.
