ACCEPTANCE – A video showing warriors Taliban execute 22 commandos Afghanistan when they are about to give up circulating in cyberspace.
“Give up, commando surrender,” the words were heard from the video accompanied by the appearance of several men from a building. It was clear they were unarmed.
Suddenly a shot erupted. At least a dozen men were shot dead amid shouts of takbir, “Allahu Akbar.”
Quoted from CNN, Tuesday (13/7/2021), the execution took place on June 16 in the town of Dawlat Abad in Faryab province, near Afghanistan’s border with Turkmenistan.
CNN has obtained and verified several videos of the incident and has spoken with witnesses.
Video shows the bodies of Afghan commandos strewn outside the room. Witnesses said after heavy fighting for control of the city, Afghan commandos ran out of ammunition and were surrounded by Taliban fighters.
