“Ciputat Residents Suffer from Major Traffic Congestion on Their Commute to Jakarta”

Congestion happened on Jalan H Juanda, Ciputat, South Tangerang (Tangsel), to Jakarta. Residents also have to leave early so as not to be late for work.

monitoring detikcom at the location, at 08.35 WIB, Thursday (25/5/2023), a traffic jam occurred on the road to Jakarta. Meanwhile, traffic conditions in the opposite direction were monitored smoothly.

The speed of the vehicle in this traffic jam is only less than 20 km per hour. Traffic jams also occur because of vehicles going in and out of alleys or small streets.

One of the residents, Toni (27) said he had to leave earlier so he wouldn’t be late for work. Toni himself will go to work in the Jakarta area.

“It’s traffic jam. I have to get up and leave early. If not, I’ll be late for the office,” said Toni, Thursday (5/25).

Toni said the traffic jam was also caused by the many passing vehicles. However, the road capacity is not large enough.

“Most vehicles, I think, get stuck. Even though the road is only that way,” he said.

The same thing was said by Ilham (27) who also had to leave early so he wouldn’t be late for work. Because, traffic jams on this road are quite time-consuming.

“Yes, you have to leave early in the morning, if you don’t, you can be late for work,” said Ilham.
