Artis Cinta Laura Kiehl was appointed as commissioner of PT Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (OASA) which changed its name to PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk.
This was decided in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). The Company has also approved the appointment of Hariyadi BS Sukamdani as the main commissioner.

According to him, the appointment of Cinta as a commissioner considering environmental issues, new and renewable energy (EBT), garbage and waste, demands concern from all levels of society. Including millennials, artists and celebrities.
Cinta is a famous artist who graduated from Columbia University, New York, United States. Cinta was recently invited to give a speech at the MPR-RI Building.
She was present as the only female representative of the younger generation in commemoration of Pancasila Day in early June. Cinta Laura is known as a celebrity figure who really cares about the environment.
He showed this through the #ActofLove #AoLKiehlers movement. Through this movement, Cinta spreads awareness to adopt an earth-friendly lifestyle.
Together with this movement, Cinta also introduces green economy concepts, including the circular economy, namely recycling products to minimize waste. In addition, Cinta also introduces the concept of conscious living or a lifestyle of consuming products with full awareness
In the EGMS, the company also approved the appointment of Hariyadi BS Sukamdani as President Commissioner. Bobby revealed that Hariyadi was a businessman with a good reputation.
Hariyadi is an Indonesian businessman who also serves as the General Chair of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (Apindo) since 2014. His career as an entrepreneur began in 1992 when he became President Director of PT Sahid Detolin Textile.
In addition, he also held high positions in a number of companies in Indonesia such as PT Spinindo Bina Persada and PT Jumalindo Aksara Graphics in 2006 and served as commissioner of PT Jamsostek in 2007-2012.
Apart from being active as an entrepreneur, he has also been involved in the management of a number of organizations such as the Daily Chair of the HIPMI Jaya Foundation, the Chairman of the HIPMI Honorary Council, and the Chairman of the Apindo National Leadership Council (DPN) in the field of Social Security and Wages.
