From now on, visitors to the Kaarster cinema will no longer be checked for their vaccination certificates and personal details at the entrance. This was announced by the operator of the cinema. According to this, the controls met with approval from over 90 percent of the visitors, but recently there were repeated irritations among the regular guests. Since there have been no pandemic-related requirements for cabaret events for weeks, many cinema-goers recently no longer had the proof with them. “We have therefore decided not to carry out any more entrance checks with immediate effect, but we ask that you wear a mask up to your seat,” writes Klaus Stevens, the person responsible, in a circular email that is available to our editorial team.
