The Los Santos de Maimona City Council, through its Department of Culture, retakes the Cine Club this May. After many months, its members will be able to see the movies again on the big screen at the Monumental Cinema Theater, always keeping all the safety and hygiene measures. Informs the consistory
This Thursday, May 6, the cycle begins with the film ‘Welcome to the neighborhood’ at 8.30 pm. On Thursday, May 13, at 8:30 p.m., ‘Sobibor’ will be screened and the next day, on Friday, May 14, a film specially designed for the little ones, ‘The little mischief’, at 8:00 p.m. The cycle will continue on Friday, May 21 with ‘The Dream Factory’, and the last film scheduled for the month of May can be seen on Friday, May 28 with ‘5 days of war’. Both sessions will also begin at 8.30 pm.
Entrance to the Cineclub is free, although to access the room you must have a membership card.
The Cine Club is one of the first activities of the Los Santos de Maimona City Council’s cultural and recreational programming to be resumed for this spring summer. The aim is to bring film culture closer to audiences of all ages, offering them an alternative of leisure and entertainment, as indicated by the Councilor for Cultural, Antonio Marín.
