Madrid, Sep 8 (.) .- CIMIC, a subsidiary of the ACS (MC 🙂 group, has expanded its presence in Hong Kong and Australia with the award of several contracts totaling approximately € 90 million (€ 145 million). Australian dollars).
The contracts will be developed through CIMIC’s subsidiaries Leighton Asia, UGL and Broad Construction, according to a statement.
Specifically, the awarded projects include construction, architectural, retrofit and service work to complete the expansion of a data center in Hong Kong.
They also include the manufacture of several locomotives in the Australian state of New South Wales, as well as modifications of wireless communications for another customer.
Finally, among the projects awarded to the CIMIC group is the design and construction of stages 1 and 2 of the Bethesda Clinic, in Cockburn Central, Australia, which will have 75 beds, a wellness and recovery center, a neurostimulation unit and specialized offices.
The projects will be completed in 2022. Work in Hong Kong will begin this month and other works have already started.
